This policy explains how subscription purchases and cancellations work for The PostScript Society.
All stories from The PostScript Society are sold as yearly subscriptions.
Each yearly plan includes a complete story told through a series of letters mailed throughout the year.
Your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months unless canceled before your renewal date.
If you do not wish to renew, simply cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Absolutely! You can cancel anytime—no penalties, no hidden fees.
Online: Use the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation email or log into your customer account through our website menu.
By Email: If you’d prefer, email us at hello@postscriptsociety.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
Once canceled, you’ll continue receiving any remaining letters already paid for in your current subscription year. Your subscription will not renew after that.
If your subscription renews accidentally, contact us within 30 days, and we’ll issue a full refund for the renewal charge.
