What exactly will I get with my subscription?

You’ll receive 24 beautifully crafted letters spread out over a year. Along the way, your envelopes may also include extra surprises  to make the experience feel as real and immersive as possible. 

Are the stories family-friendly?

Yes! All the stories are written to be wholesome and enjoyable for a wide range of readers. 

How do I place an order?

It’s simple:

  1. Pick the story you’d like.
  2. Enter the shipping address (yours, or your recipient’s if it’s a gift).
  3. Add your billing info and complete checkout.

How much does it cost?

The monthly subscription is just $9.99 per month.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! Just follow the same ordering steps, but use the recipient’s address for shipping. If you’re gifting to more than one person, you’ll need to place separate orders for each.

Do the stories renew automatically?

Yes. Once you finish one story, you'll be able to immediately dive into another. If you don't want this then you can cancel at any time online or send us an email at hello@postscriptsociety.com

How soon will my letters arrive?

The first order ships within 2 business days. U.S. delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. After that, your letters are mailed out twice a month. 

Can I track my shipment?

Yes for your very first letter. After that, regular letters don’t include tracking, but you can sign up for USPS Informed Delivery to know when something is headed your way.

What happens if a letter goes missing?

If something doesn’t arrive, just reach out to support with your order details. If the issue was caused by us or USPS, we’ll resend it for free. If the address was entered incorrectly, replacements can be shipped for a small fee ($5 US).

Can I switch or return my order?

Yes because we want you to be happy! Here’s how it works:

There’s a 30-day guarantee and if you’re not satisfied, you can get a full refund and keep what you’ve already received. Within 60 days, you can switch to a different story for a small fee per letter already sent.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Anytime you want! You can cancel at any time online or send us an email at hello@postscriptsociety.com and we can do it for you.

What if I move and need to update my address?

No problem, just email us at hello@postscriptsociety.com with your order details and both your old and new addresses. To make sure nothing gets lost, give at least three weeks notice before your move.

Do you offer different languages?

At this time, the stories are available only in English. However, we love hearing suggestions from you on what you want and how we can improve. You can email us at hello@postscriptsociety.com with any feedback and/or ideas you have.
